Why We Started Building Arsel
For years, we have worked closely with businesses of all sizes and built multiple companies across both e-commerce and B2B SaaS. Through every stage of this journey, one channel consistently proved its value: email.
Whether it’s transactional messages that keep operations running, marketing campaigns that drive revenue, or newsletters that build relationships with customers — email has always been the most reliable and cost-effective growth channel, as long as the message actually reaches the inbox.
The Real Challenge: Inbox Placement and Reputation
Anyone who takes email sending seriously quickly realizes that inbox placement and sender reputation are critical. Poor list quality, high bounce rates, and user complaints can destroy a sender’s reputation overnight. When that happens, even the best email content ends up buried in spam or stuck in promotions — invisible to the people who matter most.
Over the years, we became deeply familiar with every aspect of email performance. We tested countless approaches, optimized content and infrastructure, and used a wide range of email sending and marketing tools. Some were excellent. But many were either prohibitively expensive, frustratingly complex to set up, or simply unable to reliably land messages when sending at high volume.
One area in particular consistently failed to meet our standards: large-scale email sending. Whether for marketing campaigns, newsletters, or transactional messages, the existing solutions forced us to choose between bad options — overpriced platforms, tools that didn’t protect domain stability at scale, or systems that sent technically but never reached the inbox. None of them worked for our needs.
Why We Decided to Build Our Own
Instead of settling, we decided to build the solution we wished existed.
We started by developing our own sending infrastructure designed to scale, not as a side project, but as a core infrastructure component for our own startups. We added a layer of AI that helps build templates, write and optimize messages, score spam probability before sending, and guide users to configure their domain correctly. We rigorously tested it on real high-volume campaigns, validating performance through actual delivery results rather than theoretical benchmarks. The outcome was clear: our system protects domain reputation and consistently reaches the inbox where other tools stumbled.
Once we proved the technology in real production environments, the next step was obvious. We turned it into a SaaS product so others could benefit from the same reliability, performance, and high inbox placement.
Our Mission
This is how Arsel was born — not from a pitch deck, but from real operational pain, extensive experience, and a drive to build something genuinely better.
Our mission is simple:
To provide a large-scale, AI-powered email sending platform that truly reaches the inbox and protects sender reputation, meeting the demands of serious senders. And this is just the beginning.
